Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to services provided by SierraByLondon to you. Upon booking a makeup application with SierraByLondon and its affiliates, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
DEPOSIT:
The booking of the event is only reserved once the client has paid a non-refundable deposit to us. The deposit of the booking will be 50% of the full amount. Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer. Unfortunately cheques will not be accepted.
Please note that refunds are non-refundable
PAYMENT:
Once a deposit has been received to the nominated account, an confirmation email will be sent to you. The balance stated is to be finalised the week or day of your makeup appointment or wedding booking. Payment types include, Direct Deposit into nominated account and cash.
TRIALS:
We do offer bridal hair and makeup trials.
TRAVEL:
Travel expenses will not be included within the price of the service unless said otherwise. Travel expenses are expected to be paid.
CANCELLATIONS:
At any point the client decides to cancel the booking of the event will not receive their deposit money back as this is non-refundable. Should you need for any reason cancel your booking, We will need a cancellation notice emailed to [email protected] 14 days before the booking is taking place.
PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Sierrabylondon requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall sierrabylondon have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes. Sierrabylondon reserves the right to also refuse to service the client if there are too many individuals in the room or being abusive.
EXCLUSIVITY:
Time is not guaranteed for the whole day of the event; therefore timings will be set when agreeing to any booking. If the customer is keeping the team waiting during event hours of 30 minutes there will be a £15 per fee charge as this would delay the artists.
PHOTOGRAPHS:
Sierrabylondon reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes – only with your written consent, of course!
MAKEUP COURSE TERMS & CONDITIONS:
By accepting these terms, a binding agreement shall arise between you and SierraByLondon Company.
By accepting these terms you agree to pay the full course fee (£450) for the course you have selected under this Agreement (‘Makeup Course’). Upon receipt of the Course Fee, SierraByLondon agrees to:
- Supply to you all modules, video tutorials and assignments
- Tutor will be your contact and will remain your tutor while you are a student on the course
- Tutor will mark and grade your assignments
- Tutor will answer queries you have in regards to the course
- Receive a certificate upon completion of course
Once you have signed up onto the course you are NOT entitled to a refund
This course can be completed within 3 months upon booking
Please note you are not allowed to copy or download any of these videos that have been made available to you during the course period. SierraByLondon does not accept any form of plagiarism, if there is any evidence of this SierraByLondon will have the right to remove you from the course.
