Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to services provided by SierraByLondon to you. Upon booking a makeup application with SierraByLondon and its affiliates, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
The booking of the event is only reserved once the client has paid a non-refundable deposit to us. The deposit of the booking will be 50% of the full amount. Payments can be made in cash or via bank transfer. Unfortunately cheques will not be accepted.
Please note that refunds are non-refundable
Once a deposit has been received to the nominated account, an confirmation email will be sent to you. The balance stated is to be finalized the week or day of your makeup appointment or wedding booking. Payment types include, Direct Deposit into nominated account and cash.
We do trials before booking actual events, starting from £50.
Travel expenses will not be included within the price of the service unless said otherwise. Travel expenses are expected to be paid.
At any point the client decides to cancel the booking of the event will not receive their deposit money back as this is non-refundable. Should you need for any reason cancel your booking, We will need a cancellation notice emailed to email@example.com 14 days before the booking is taking place.
Sierrabylondon requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall sierrabylondon have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes. Sierrabylondon reserves the right to also refuse to service the client if there are too many individuals in the room or being abusive.
Time is not guaranteed for the whole day of the event; therefore timings will be set when agreeing to any booking. If the customer is keeping the team waiting during event hours or day there will be a £10 per hour fee charge as this would delay the artists.
Sierrabylondon reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes – only with your written consent, of course!
